+ How to win long term games?

Do you know about the Eisenhower matrix?
The Eisenhower Matrix is a simple prioritization tool that helps organize tasks based on their urgency and importance.
You basically take all your tasks and divide them into 4 categories based on 2 axis - importance and urgency.
Here’s a simple visualization -

Most people spend their time in the 1st quadrant - urgent + important.
Or they waste their time in the 3rd and 4th quadrants - Not important
And they completely miss out on the 2nd quadrant - Important + Not Urgent
Real progress happens in the 2nd quadrant though.
The more time you spend doing “B tasks" from the image above the closer you will get to your goals in life.
