+ how much is enough?
Couple of days ago a founder friend on Twitter said that their net worth was half a million dollars, but they will feel “relaxed” when they had doubled it.
I think money has the sinister tendency to never feel “enough”
That’s why most people you see around you are running after it all the time.. tired, frustrated, cash rich but time poor.
This is mostly because most people are employees, and their salaries are capped.. Fixed, but limited..
But as entrepreneurs, we have a special power - we can make as much money as we want - by just using our skill, grit and a bit of luck.
Real wealth then comes from knowing what’s your “enough” number and having the confidence that you can always get to it and stay there no matter what situation is thrown at you
This was my detailed reply to him -
You will not feel relaxed by doubling your net worth
You will feel relaxed by internalising the fact that YOU are your biggest backup.
Not money in the bank, not mutual funds, not real estate..
If something goes wrong financially then you have the confidence in your skills

Let your insurance plan pay for your personal dietitian
Expert nutrition counseling is a game-changer for your health, but high costs have made it inaccessible for many. What if you could get that expert guidance without the financial burden?
Fay was founded on a simple but powerful premise: your health insurance should help you stay healthy. Most people don't realize their plan likely covers sessions with a Registered Dietitian, often with little to no co-pay.
Fay makes it easy to unlock this benefit by matching you with a top-tier dietitian who is in-network with your insurance provider, including major plans from UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and hundreds more. Stop paying out-of-pocket for generic advice.
I completed 4 years of self employment today.
I listed down all the projects I’ve tried over the last 4 years, most of them failed, some of them did well enough to help me build a sustainable business.
I wrote about them at length in this post -
You can also read it on Twitter -
4 years since I quit my job to go solo.
Here's every project I've tried (and mostly failed at) since then:
1. Product/Marketing Consulting - Good for a start, but didn't enjoy it much, stopped after a client offered me to be his co-founder (@KambanTheMaker)
2. Freelance
